About Stable2Fiat

Stable2Fiat provides a compliant off‑ramp for converting supported stablecoins (e.g., USDC/USDT) to INR with direct bank payouts for verified users in India.

Eligibility

At least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Resident of India with a valid bank account.
Not on any sanctions list and not using the Service for unlawful activity.

Services Provided

Sell supported stablecoins at transparent, real‑time exchange rates.
Receive INR payouts directly into your bank account.
Enjoy a secure, fast, and compliant conversion experience.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and complete KYC verification before transacting.
Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
Do not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination and reporting to authorities.

Fees & Exchange Rates

Rates are dynamic and shown prior to confirming a transaction.
We do not charge hidden fees; all fees are displayed transparently.

Transactions & Processing Times

Minimum/maximum limits may apply based on your KYC level and risk assessment.
Most payouts settle within minutes; delays may occur due to bank processing or network congestion.

Refunds & Cancellations

Completed transactions are final and non‑refundable.
Refunds are considered only if a transaction fails due to a platform issue or a payout is rejected by the receiving bank. Refunds are processed to the original wallet within standard timelines.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for false information, illegal activity, or failure to comply with AML/KYC requirements.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Liability Disclaimer

We do not provide financial or investment advice.
We are not liable for losses caused by user error (e.g., wrong wallet address, incorrect bank details) or external dependencies (bank/network interruptions).
No guarantee of uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on Stable2Fiat are owned by Giona Tech Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Venue: Delhi, India.
